The importance of routine for good mental health

As long as the routine is meaningful

As someone who lives with depression, albeit quite well managed these days, I’ve learned the power of routine for keeping my brain happy.

In fact, I’d go so far as to say that how well-organised I am being is a good indicator of how well I am, in terms of my mental health.
