The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step — Lao Tzu

And the Journey begins. . . I’ve been sitting in analysis paralysis mode for long enough, and it was time to get out of my head, follow my heart, and just flippin’ do it!!

And so I did — I finally wrote my first post and hit the publish button!!

Hello there — I’m Roxy Ahmed-Suarez (previous using the pen name “Rosa Gold” ), and I like to think of myself as a soulful creative inspired by nature & the mystical, and just a girl-next-door type having a conversation with friends, albeit a virtual one :)

I love to chat about Spirituality and Self Realization, and in this beautiful journey of life that is so predictably unpredictable — I’m here to share moments of clarity, creativity, self-realisation & life lessons (old and new).

• I love reading the wisdom of ancient sages and modern philosophies from all four corners of the world, which includes authentic yogic life philosophy, and native Indian American wisdom.
• I love self-care in the form of spiritual food.
• I love learning, sharing, and expanding my mind through creativity, learning about how AI can help me elevate my creations into digital format.

But, sometimes I may wander off-topic, or lose focus, so then a post of mine could turn into a vent or ramblings of a woman on the verge (sorry), but I promise, there will always be a point to it! :)

However, everything shared is in the hope that I can uplift, empower, inspire, and delight the reader in some way through my trials and tribulations in life :)

And as I lean into this journey, I’m intrigued & excited to see how it unfolds through all its twists and turns, and no doubt WTF & humbling moments of growth :)

Also, Medium is such a wonderful platform to gain knowledge & wisdom shared by an eclectic mix of souls — so I’m super excited to learn, grow, and be inspired by those whom I connect with along the way on here . . .
