Day 13: 75 Hard Recap

I woke up at 5 am on the dot today, no alarm necessary.

I love when that happens.

I put myself together, took my progress photo, and chugged 25 oz of water right off the bat. Yesterday was hard and I was trying to catch up before bed, so I’m not taking any chances today.

I added my Kion aminos to the water and that helped it go down a lot easier.

I made a cup of coffee, turned some low music on in the background, and journaled.

My thoughts are once again, cowering in the darkest corners of my mind.

I’m split between the good and the bad. I see the good, but I also see all of the bad, and I keep telling myself to take it day by day and just focus on the good, but what if it all turns out bad in the end?

I want to be positive, I want to create, I want to do good, I want to inspire, I want to educate, I want to be the type of person my future kids will aspire to be like one day — which is why I need to snap out of this mentality.

I wouldn’t want my daughter to sit at her desk at 5 am trying to chase her…
