I woke up at 5:30 to get some work done before heading off to the gym.

I took my progress photo, weighed myself, and again felt uneasy at the number. Stress? Eating too late every night? Too much protein?

It’s hard not to eat late because I leave eating for the end of the day, but I have been feeling uncomfortable by the time I’m in bed lately, and my goal of finishing my last meal around 7/8 pm has been extremely difficult to meet.

I know for a fact I’m consuming way too many dates, the fiber content is a bit too much for my body to handle and I feel bloated. I need to stop, and I tell myself I’ll put a limit on how many I have the following day.

I make my aminos, chug 25 oz of water and then settle at my desk with my coffee to start editing videos. The internet is slow, and it’s bugging me — until it just completely stops working.

By 7:30, I was unbelievably frustrated, and no work had gotten done, and the Spectrum was of no help. I start getting ready for the gym to complete my first workout of the day.
