Day 15: 75 Hard Recap
“If you really want to do something, you’ll find a way. If you don’t, you’ll find an excuse.” ―Jim Rohn
5:30 wake up.
Progress photo.
I started editing an article and then a video for YouTube. It’s over two hours long, and I need to condense it into 20–30 minutes (30 is already way too long).
I head to the gym around 8:30. I listen to REAL AF during my workout. It’s a gloomy day, but the weather is promising 62 degrees. I work at 1:30 so I have plenty of time to get things done, and I plan on heading to the sauna after the gym.
I begged my work to let me work a double because I have Sunday and Monday off, and nobody wants to give up their shifts, so I’m hoping working all day will compensate for at least Monday, but the week has been extremely slow — and I’m getting anxious about it.
I walk to the YMCA for my 30 minute sauna session, it’s around 11 and I’m looking forward to relaxing. I brought a book with me so I could read.
The sauna is empty, but the gym is crowded. It’s my first time being there during the daytime — and let me tell you, it will be the last unless it’s an absolute emergency.
