Juan Thompson, fabulous fabulist (Source: NY Post)

Internets,

Many a white-owned and -operated media outlet, including the Intercept, hired Juan Thompson, knowing good and well he’s mentally ill–which is obvious from the few pics of him available via Google image search.

They were hard up for black employees, after the “unrest” in Ferguson, MO, and elsewhere, and in their defense, he may have been the best they could find.

It’s not that the Internets aren’t full of black people who’d be willing to write articles–or do anything–for money. But once you filter out the ones who can’t spell their own names, and the ones who aren’t “with the program,” you end up with the likes of Thompson and the girl Killer Mike was arguing with during last year’s Democratic primary.

There’s only one Ta-Nehisi Coates, and he’s busy writing his own comic books.

In over his head, Thompson began pulling stories, quotes and sources out of his ass, as if he were the kid from the movie Shattered Glass and/or the staff of Rolling Stone, and using fake email addresses to verify his fake quotes.

When he was finally caught, this time last year, it may have pushed him over the deep end psychologically. The last time I took a look at his Twitter (nullus), he was pretending to be dying of cancer. That was shortly after he was let go from the Intercept. Apparently, he’s been engaged in all manner of fuckery in the interim.

This morning, he was arrested for calling in bomb threats to Jewish community centers (known in the ghetto where I grew up as “the J”), supposedly as part of a cyber-stalking campaign against an ex-girlfriend–but I’m not sure if I buy that.

Thompson himself claims that a white girl he used to date (admittedly, I’m kinda jealous) made these threats, and I say, at the very least, this claim should be investigated.

Among the allegations against this white girl, which I found in a text document Thompson screencapped and posted on Twitter, as one does, are that she’s racist against black men, whom she dates exclusively (a fairly common pattern of behavior), that she’s been sued for knowingly spreading an STD, and that she’s in possession of child pr0n.

So she sounds like a damn menace.

Worse, it’s been alleged, albeit by Thompson himself, that she’s plotting to assassinate President Agent Orange. On Twitter, Thompson tried to alert the Secret Service of this, and so far they’ve yet to respond. No indication that they’re looking into the matter or anything. And yet the CIA has time to joke that they don’t know who killed 2Pac and Biggie (which they do).

Is it any wonder that people were hopping the fence, entering the White House and strolling right into the Oval Office when Obama was president?

Thompson says that his ex, who’s from Brooklyn, seemed like a chill hipster broad, until one day she saw him coming home from the gym in gym shorts and a pair of Air Jordans and called him a thug. She said she only dates black thugs, he says.

Her name, Francesca Rossi, sounds Italian, and it’s a known fact that Italian people from Brooklyn, other than the homie Premium Pete, are racist. Spike Lee has made a number of films about this.

There is, in fact, a precedent for a black, male journalist being framed by a racist, white ex-girlfriend. A year or two ago, Ernest Baker was accused of putting a shoe on his ex, Lauren Nostro, who might be Italian as well.

*points at his own head and grins mischievously*

Once the case was thrown out of court on its ear, Baker reemerged with “receipts,” including video of Nostro pulling a Walter Sobchak on his car and lying on the floor of their apartment crying and mumbling unintelligibly, like David Hasselhoff in the infamous “cheeseburger” video, but no one gave a shit, because the music journalism community is more racist than the Trump administration.

An article I read on Thompson says he made some of the threats, which were sent via fax machine, in his own name, as proof that he’d been framed by Rossi. What sense does that make? He’s crazy, but he’s at least smart enough to have written fake articles for the Intercept. As a black man in America, he had to know that having his name involved in this was enough to get him thrown in jail, regardless of who actually did it.

Because these threats were sent via fax, there’s no way to know who sent them. They can’t do voice analysis or anything. They can trace the machine they were sent from, using the return fax number printed in the upper left hand corner, but if Thompson really was banging this broad, she would have had access to the location from which they were sent. She’s reportedly been interviewed by the FBI, so we know that, unlike Brian Johnson’s girlfriend from Canada, whom he met at Niagara Falls, she really does exist.

If they’re not gonna bother to check and see if she’s plotting on Trump (which is fine with me, actually), you’d think they’d at least be able to verify if she’s been with any other black guys. I know this newsletter gets sent to at least a few people in Brooklyn. Have any of you ever banged Francesca Rossi? If Brooklyn is anything like the part of St. Louis where I grew up, the names of white girls who bang a lot of black guys are fairly well known by the local cornball brothers.

As a result of downward mobility, I live (literally) a hop, skip and a jump from the Jewish cemetery that was vandalized here the other day. Upon seeing the damage, my first thought was that this couldn’t possibly have been black people, both because black people aren’t anti-Semitic and because it must have taken quite a bit of work to kick over that many headstones.

Thompson, who’s from St. Louis as well (we might be related), has only been linked to eight threats against Jewish community centers, of over 100 total. Why is it that, of all the people involved in racist activity since Trump took office, he’s the only one who’s been arrested. The only Klansman who’s been taken out was that guy who was shot by his stepson, whom he probably effed in the a, and it’s not like 5–0 didn’t know where he lived. They just didn’t give a shit!

Perusing Thompson’s TL today on my lunch break at the warehouse, I found a series of tweets where he broke down what’s going on in Chicago. You’ll recall that, a few weeks ago, Trump met with a guy who looks suspiciously like Brian Pumper, who said he’d met with the “top gang thugs” in Chicago about the need to “bring down the body count.” The next day, it was announced that Trump had sent in the Feds, in what’s likely the first stages of the King Alfred Plan. (Check my latest longform piece, at Medium, for more on this.)

As Thompson explains, Donald Trump is a real estate developer, who already has properties in Chicago, and now he’s got his eye on the south side as a potentially lucrative growth opportunity. The “nice” part of town has gotten too expensive for CAC millennials, which is driving down the housing market. They need to get rid of the black people, to make room for white hipster types, just like they did in NY. Supposedly, this is why they tore down the projects in the first place.

Unfortunately, getting rid of the projects had the effect of spreading the problem (if you will) out all over, rather than confining it to one central location, where it could be easily contained, and if necessary, immolated.

Around the same time he met with Brian Pumper’s doppelgänger, Trump signed an executive order to build new detention center to house the “bad hombres” he’s been rounding up. He could put them on a bus straight for Mexico, but it makes more sense strategically to keep them locked up until we can build that wall. But there’s only 11 million illegal immigrants. What will we do with these detention centers once they’re back where they came from?

I was all ready to goof on Thompson’s rantings and ravings, but the things he had to say made a lot of sense to me. These are precisely the kind of points he could have been making in a hard-hitting report for the Intercept, if only he hadn’t been caught generating fake news.

The other day, Trump predicted that the wave of attacks on Jewish community centers would turn out to be a false flag event perpetrated by the left. This seemed ridiculous even for someone who once bragged of his ability to grab women by the pussy. How could he be so certain about something that seemed so improbable?

It’s almost as if he had this all planned out.

Take it easy on yourself,

Bol
