Early Clues, LLC was “tremendously saddened” to receive this “threatening letter” this morning. We consider this a “tremendous setback” for our #struggling #young #startup and are just about ready to turn our tour bus around and head for #MeltingWoman instead.

As a public domain corporation committed to a “Universal Free Realms,” Early Clues, LLC believes that we have “every right” to sail our gigantic #sneezeguard #pirateship loaded with highly saleable #energydrinks wherever we please. Perhaps this is simply “not so” in this “day and age” where everything is a commodity—even if it is a decommodity…

Greetings,

My name is Nathan Heller, and I am reaching out to you on behalf of Burning Man’s Intellectual Property Team.

Guided among Burning Man’s Ten Principles by Decommodification, we simply do not permit use of our trademarks in this manner.

We ask that you please promptly remove the post from Twitter, and notify me when you have done so.
