At Early Clues, we often find ourselves interacting with other entities, some of whom express an interest in “coming on board.” This is fantastic! We always encourage individual entities of any current taxonomic classification to submit an application with HR.
However, we want to clarify that we’re not looking for individuals who are “uncomfortable” unless they feel like they have us “Figured Out.” We pride ourselves in offering absolutely ZERO on-the-job training, because the individuals we hire are already completely “ready to go.” Sure, you can “learn” OpenQNL, or Synconjury, but you can’t “learn” how to Leverage Diversity and Find the Balance if you’re already sure you “know how to do it.”

If you come to your interview “winking” and “nodding” as though you’re “in on a joke,” well, we’re going to have to ask JANICE 2.0 to “show you the door.” We’re still not 100% sure what’s on the other side of “the door,” and personally, we don’t care.
