It’s never time to let our guard down as Christians
How do we know God won’t intentionally provide a period of calm and optimism before He returns? This time of calm, peace, and optimism is exactly when people will put their guard down, relaxing too much and getting comfortable. They’ll stop following Jesus’ commandments and start partying and pleasing their senses, like the faithless servants from Luke 12.
