If I were to rate all my museum visits, this museum has to be number 1 in terms of having this special African Art gallery where I’d sit on a bench and listen to the traditional music that plays in the background and think of some of the best moments of my life. Believe it or not I did this not once, not twice, not thrice, but more than 5 times, and all my stress was gone!

Location

Located in Central Park West, the museum is one of the world’s leading cultural and scientific institutions with a combination of natural sciences and other related fields. Starting from the Hall of Human Origins, you’d be able to see the birth story of modern humans and how we have evolved to possess one of the most complex brains in the history of the human civilization. The Hall of Biodiversity would remind people about the beautiful world we live in and how we are endangering a lot of the species in our society today. For an underwater experience on the life of ocean species, one needs to visit the Hall of Ocean Life to see the diverse species of sea creatures. The Rose Center for Earth and Space will give you an ‘out of the world’ experience and visiting the planetarium is a must!
