Get the fiesta started with our Latinx Heritage Month playlists
While they’re also masters at putting together fun (virtual) parties and insightful educational events, one of the things that all of our Dropbox ERGs pride themselves on most is their inclusivity. All groups are open to anyone who wants to join, regardless of whether they identify with a specific background or simply feel a strong allyship with those who do.
Right now, that sense of welcoming and belonging is most evident in the structure of our Latinx Heritage Month festivities. Each week of the month is themed after a region or overarching culture: Central America, Latinx/Mexico, the Caribbean, and South America, with over 25 countries represented!
And what better way to get acquainted with the Raic/zes (Roots) of another culture than with music? Our Latinx ERG put together a playlist for each week to take you around the world as we celebrate everyone’s roots with some favorite artists. From the classics to cool new beats, there’s much to explore.
