National Noodle Day, from a Different Perspective

October 6th is National Noodle Day, a time to celebrate the starchy, delicious foods that have existed for thousands of years. From the Romans, to ancient Chinese empires, many cultures around the world and across time loved noodles, because they are a great way to store and eat grains—and they are delicious.

Here at Noodles & Company, we like to think we are continuing the great traditions set in motion centuries ago, by bringing families and communities together.
