October 6th is National Noodle Day, a time to celebrate the starchy, delicious foods that have existed for thousands of years. From the Romans, to ancient Chinese empires, many cultures around the world and across time loved noodles, because they are a great way to store and eat grains—and they are delicious.

Here at Noodles & Company, we like to think we are continuing the great traditions set in motion centuries ago, by bringing families and communities together. Whether it’s a quick lunch with a coworker, or a catered dinner with the whole family, we love sharing our global recipes with our awesome guests.

With a menu (and a workforce) with origins from all over the world, there is something for everyone at Noodles. We know that it’s our individuality that makes us so special. We don’t chastise anyone for being different, we embrace it.

Imagine if noodles weren’t such a diverse, differentiated group of foods? Noodles & Company wouldn’t be what it is today.

How do we celebrate National Noodle Day? You’ll get a free small Mac & Cheese with any regular order. Can’t argue with that.

But when you think about it, we are always celebrating. We celebrate the quality, integrity, and diversity of our teams, guests, and the communities we serve. Because that’s what National Noodle Day is all about.
