At Noodles, family comes first. Family is at the core of who we are and what we stand for. We take pride in bringing families together around a good meal, participating in fundraisers to support families in need, or cultivating the family like culture within each of our Noodles teams.

Family at Noodles is all inclusive. We understand that all families are unique and we are sure to provide benefit offerings that reflect that. Noodles health insurance coverage includes families made up of common law marriage, domestic partnership, stepchildren, legally adopted children, and children of a domestic partner. In the words of Lilo & Stitch, “Family means nobody gets left behind or forgotten.”

In the restaurant business, we understand there can be a lot of travel involved for our field leaders supporting various restaurants within their assigned region. This in mind, Noodles supports our new moms in the field or central support office by providing breast milk shipment reimbursement while on business trips for more than two consecutive overnight stays. The team member is eligible for this benefit during the first 12 months after returning from maternity leave. This coverage saves our new moms up to $200 per month in breast milk shipment costs!

Don’t worry, the Noodles fur babies aren’t left behind. Pets are a part of the Noodles family as well. Pet insurance is another option in coverage for Noodlers. Our team members are able to sign up for pet insurance plans that cover illness, injuries, and general wellness care for their four-legged family members.

One of our most unique offerings is available to team members growing their families by way of adoption. Anyone who has gone through this process understands how pricey it can get with application fees, agency/placement fees, legal fees, and so on. Noodles offers a $10,000 adoption benefit for Central Support Office, Field Support, General Managers, and Assistant General Managers who have worked a minimum of 12 consecutive months. Following the adoption, team members will receive 2 weeks paid leave and are eligible to take up to 10 weeks of additional unpaid leave in a 12-month period to be sure they have time to bond with their new child.

No matter the make-up of the family, Noodles has a plan to support our team members. You may not always be able to choose your family but you can certainly choose the right benefits to best support it.
