What Deconditioning & Integration Feels Like Right Now — To Me, A Reflector in Human Design

I’m integrating.

Weaving, incorporating, letting it all sink in. Observing the cosmos and humanity. Living my life. Letting go of a lot, rapidly. Noticing the surprises all around me, everywhere, all of the time.

There’s a lot of information. There are many “outer authorities” sharing their perspectives. There’s a neverending system of interrelated rabbit holes to fall down. Want to learn about mammals or inanimate objects or birds? How about sex and money? How about death or the origins of the entire universe? It’s all available, and contrary to what many might say about “gatekeeping,” most of it is floating around and being shared for free.

Integration periods are essential. Many of you know what I mean. There’s a big difference in frequency between someone who takes regular integration breaks and someone who pushes through out of a desire to prove, to be certain, to attempt to eliminate pressure, and so on.

This is basic, Human Design 101 center stuff, but honestly one could spend a lifetime deconditioning from the not-self center themes and still not be “done.” If I had one piece of advice, it would be… spend a year with one energy center. Next year, move on. 9 years later, start again. On paper it sounds
