The Results Are In: Thumbtack Makes Built In’s 2023 Best Places to Work Lists!

Today, we’re thrilled to announce that we’ve made Built In’s 2023 Best Places to Work lists. Thumbtack has been recognized as #41 on Built In’s Fully Remote Best Midsize Places to Work as well as #63 on Built In’s Fully Remote Best Places to Work list. Built In’s annual awards program includes companies of all sizes, from startups to enterprises, and honors both remote-first employers and companies in large tech markets across the United States. Thumbtack has been recognized as a company that offers the best total rewards and compensation packages among its peers. More importantly, “it’s recognition of the best tech companies for tech professionals. The list of winners is used by millions of candidates who visit our sites monthly to find employers of choice” (Built In).
Built In determines the winners of Best Places to Work based on an algorithm, using company data about compensation and benefits. To reflect the benefits candidates are searching for more frequently on Built In, the program also weighs criteria like remote and flexible work opportunities, programs for DEI and other people-first cultural offerings. Built In is creating the largest platform for technology professionals globally. Monthly, millions of the industry’s most in-demand professionals from across the world visit the site.
This recognition affirms Thumbtack’s belief that our virtual-first working model creates a stronger, more inclusive, and more successful Thumbtack.
