Hey,

Selling health is extremely hard.

Most people buy into it on the verge of death.

I read of a CEO who overworked his body so much that he started having seizures.

The professional advice was to rest for at least six months. One day he flew from one meeting place to the next eight months from when he refused the advice to rest.

The seizures became so severe he lost consciousness for a few weeks.

Waking up his thought at most, he can afford to rest barely for two months. He ended up resting for a whole year.

People magazine writes about rapper Rick Ross.

Rapper Rick Ross dropped 75 lbs. after he had a seizure in 2011 and his doctor said he needed to lose weight to save his life

Weighing 350 lbs., sleeping for just three hours a night, and pounding back 24-oz. steaks at 4 a.m., rapper Rick Ross was living life to what he thought was the fullest. But two seizures within six hours of each other in 2011 — which required his private jet to make an emergency landing both times — forced Ross to reevaluate everything.

At the urging of his doctor, Ross changed his diet and exercise and saved his life, losing 75 lbs.

On one occasion my mother dislocated her leg.

Arriving at the hospital that day in particular there was a bad road accident the hospital kept receiving people with severe injuries.

She said to herself, my situation pales in comparison to any of these. She left without treatment. She suffered severe complications because of this choice.

Severe or light symptoms both deserve treatment.

Until next Tuesday.

Sometimes I Hate Being a Woman

I’m breaking my silence about my experience with harassment from men

Letter to My Ex Boyfriend Telling Him How I Feel

It’s April, 2024. I woke up feeling heavy. I rush to the bedside, grab a sheet of paper. And scribble down before the thought leaves me. It was almost like I wanted to write down the letter before I lost the nerve to send it again.

25 Ideas You Can Steal From My 25 Life Lessons

Whether you are enjoying your day or celebrating an event in this beautiful day, still, life is full of experiences and lessons to offer. Here are 25 ideas you can start going on for yourself from looking at my life lessons.

Quote

“We…Russia…want to be a nation of peace. Alas, few people would call us that now. But let’s at least not become a nation of frightened silent people. Of cowards who pretend not to notice the aggressive war against Ukraine unleashed by our obviously insane czar. I cannot, do not want and will not remain silent watching how pseudo-historical nonsense about the events of 100 years ago has become an excuse for Russians to kill Ukrainians, and for Ukrainians to kill Russians while defending themselves. It’s the third decade of the 21st century, and we are watching news about people burning down in tanks and bombed houses. We are watching real threats to start a nuclear war on our TVs. I am from the USSR myself. I was born there. And the main phrase from there…from my childhood…was ‘fight for peace.’ I call on everyone to take to the streets and fight for peace. Putin is not Russia. And if there is anything in Russia right now that you can be most proud of, it is those 6,824 people who were detained because…without any call…they took to the streets with placards saying ‘No War.’ They say that someone who cannot attend a rally and does not risk being arrested for it cannot call for it. I’m already in prison, so I think I can. We cannot wait any longer. Wherever you are, in Russia, Belarus or on the other side of the planet, go to the main square of your city every weekday and at 2 pm on weekends and holidays. If you are abroad, come to the Russian embassy. If you can organise a demonstration, do so on the weekend. Yes, maybe only a few people will take to the streets on the first day. And in the second…even less. But we must, gritting our teeth and overcoming fear, come out and demand an end to the war. Each arrested person must be replaced by two newcomers. If in order to stop the war we have to fill prisons and paddy wagons with ourselves, we will fill prisons and paddy wagons with ourselves. Everything has a price, and now, in the spring of 2022, we must pay this price. There’s no one to do it for us. Let’s not ‘be against the war.’ Let’s fight against the war.”

Short Jokes

What do you get when you cross-breed a shark and a cow? I have no idea but I wouldn’t try milking it.
