DO IT ONCE AND MEAN IT.

Thank a person once, and do it sincerely. But don’t thank them again, or they may wonder if you’re worthy of their generosity.

Apologize once, with all your heart, but don’t keep apologizing, or they may begin the think your sin is unforgiveable.

Ask a favor once, because it’s hard to say, “I owe you two.”

Ask a girl out just once. She’ll be twice as likely to give you a second chance.

But try everything twice, if you don’t feel you really meant it the first time.
