Do You Have, Your Share of A Nice Day Daily?

Daily you come across a moment where you wish for something good to happen . I don’t know about you, but I do have enough share of those days.


Daily you come across a moment where you wish for something good to happen . I don’t know about you, but I do have enough share of those days and I'm not saying I don’t have good ones or nice days, I do.

But they happen, and is on this days I come to learn some of the things to follow , so no matter how worse the day is, I can still have a share of a nice thing in it.

Just don’t follow my words all the way have a practice of doing them yourself and then see if the results are coming or not.

So here is how I handle few of the aspects which I encounter every day.

HOW DO YOU HANDLE THE NEWS?

Being fortunate enough we have a lot of media coverage. One news can be covered in so different ways with several media when it reach evening you might have heard or encounter that news cast a dozen times.

If it’s a tragedy or bad news encountering it couple of dozen times tend to spoil our hearts too. My advice tune in to another different kind of channels, like listen to what you love hearing, hear something which will bless you heart.

Do this every day, one piece of news which does bless your heart and soul.

HOW DO YOU HANDLE STRESS?

I read in some place saying. Stress: Comes from doing less than you can.

A psychologist walked around a room while teaching stress management to an audience. As she raised a glass of water, everyone expected they’d be asked the “half empty or half full” question. Instead, with a smile on her face, she inquired: “How heavy is this glass of water?” Answers called out ranged from 200ml to 500ml.
She replied, “The absolute weight doesn’t matter. It depends on how long I hold it. If I hold it for a minute, it’s not a problem. If I hold it for an hour, I’ll have an ache in my arm. If I hold it for a day, my arm will feel numb and paralyzed. In each case, the weight of the glass doesn’t change, but the longer I hold it, the heavier it becomes.”
She continued, “The stresses and worries in life are like that glass of water. Think about them for a while and nothing happens. Think about them a bit longer and they begin to hurt. And if you think about them all day long, you will feel paralyzed — incapable of doing anything.” It’s important to remember to let go of your stresses. As early in the evening as you can, put all your burdens down. Don’t carry them through the evening and into the night.
Remember to put the glass down!

What else I do, is accomplish something for a day. That gives you a sense of accomplishment in your lot of to do you have.

YOU’RE RELATIONSHIPS MATTERS.

I will say to you that your relationships matters especial those health ones. Parent relationship, your relatives and other ones. You see what I have come to realise is, in most times when we encounter a demanding need in one of the people we trust.

We tend to discipline our self to follow through with the demand and most of the time it’s of that of becoming a better person. You tend to figure if you don’t do good, it will let down those too good people who have put that so much trust in what you do.

So a key take a way here.
Is to keep your health and better relationship better because at bad times they will keep you wanting to become a better person.

Wanting not to do some radical decisions because you wouldn't want to let the people who have faith in you down. Someone said

TAKE A SECOND GO AND BE A BLESSING TO SOMEONE ELSE.

One of the things I have realized is what a difference you can make when reaching out to people just to give them a good hug a smile or encouraging statement. This works so good when your down and low. There is this quote saying

I’ve learned that every day you should reach out and touch someone. People love warm hug, or just a friendly pat on the back.

In a day and age where we are fighting insecurities, uncertainties and assumptions, how important do you think it would be to your relationships for you to take just a second to impact someone’s life?
