When nothing seems to go right

You have to realise things are going to get better soon.

When you’re depressed, and you don’t know how to get out of the rut,

You have to slowly begin to feel enthusiastic and try to make life interesting.

When life doesn’t co-operate and you get lemons everyday,

You have to learn to either make lemonade or throw the lemon back and demand chocolate.

When you are disturbed to the point of no return without clarity on a lot of things,

You need to know you may not have any answers now but one day, you will solve the problem.

When you get up in the morning and find that your toothpaste is empty; you make yourself a coffee and drop the mug on the floor; you somehow get ready only to discover your car’s tyre is flat; your cab is stuck in traffic and you miss a crucial client call; you haven’t spoken to your partner all day and you have a bunch of missed calls and unread texts; after all this, you come home to a power cut. Can’t get worse right ?

At that moment, you have to choose to be hopeful rather than drowning in self pity.

Tomorrow will be better.

When your days seem never ending and you wonder when a change will come,

You have to realise that

Any change, even a change for the better, is always accompanied by drawbacks and discomforts. ~Arnold Bennett

When you don’t have anything figured out; you have to believe in the impossible.

When you feel so much pain that you want to quit, you should trust in your endurance that will always keep you going.

When you know you have to do something but you don’t know what;

“When you come to the edge of all that you know, you must believe one of two things: There will be ground to stand. Or you will grow wings to fly.” ~O.R. Melling

You have to laugh at every frustration.

You have to know that bad things will happen to good people.

After all,

It’s hard to beat a person who never gives up. ~Babe Ruth
