Welcome To Bench’s Career Blog!

Since our inception in 2012 as part of TechStars NYC’s accelerator program, Bench has grown to over 400 Benchmates. Bench empowers people to take a stand for what they believe in, and to challenge, support, and push each-other to achieve great things as individuals, and as a company. From cyclists to engineers, dog-lovers to DND masters, and everyone in-between, Bench is a place where we keep it human and invest in the lives of everyone who works here.

As a company, we recognize we have an important part to play in dismantling institutional racism. We’re committed to becoming an anti-racist organization. That means we constantly work to educate ourselves and one another to become aware of unseen practices, biases, or barriers that may exist in our organization.
