The way people perceive working spaces and environments has evolved in recent times, especially with millennials and gen Z. It has become an important responsibility for organisations to ensure they are meeting certain employee expectations in terms of work culture and environment.

When we talk about an ideal working space or environment, there are usually many areas to delve into. Some of these include the physical infrastructure, different work zones for different tasks, technology support, proper hygiene, etc. However, it is not just the tangible aspects which make the workspace but also the intangibles. It is pretty difficult to have a distinctive definition of an ideal work environment as it is very much subjective to individual experiences at the workplace.
