Kailash-bhai joined Ikigai a year ago as a housekeeping person. From the very beginning, his dedication to maintaining a clean and organised office was evident. His attention to detail and relentless work ethic didn’t go unnoticed. The team at Ikigai admired his commitment and decided to support him in expanding his skills.

Seeing his potential, the management decided to give Kailash-bhai an opportunity to learn new skills. He was introduced to the role of an office boy, assisting with various administrative tasks. One of the first challenges Kailash-bhai faced was familiarising himself with various office software and tools. Despite having limited exposure to technology, Kailash-bhai quickly learned how to use Splitwise for managing petty cash and reimbursements along with Microsoft Excel. His proficiency in Basecamp, our project management tool, grew steadily as he started assisting in tracking tasks and project timelines.

Kailash-bhai's adaptability was further highlighted when he mastered email communication. He now efficiently handles office correspondence.

With time, Kailash-bhai's role is set to expand. He will begin taking on more complex administrative duties, from managing office supplies to coordinating with vendors.
