Why Adventurer?
Why Adventurer? There are many reasons to choose Adventurer to identify ourselves.
The first one is adventure based on popular culture, closely related to the guild adventurer. We think of adventurer is close to our culture due to the diversity of the job type and skills needed to finish the job.
Second, Adventurer is a short version of Add Venture Person, the tomorrow leaders to fulfill the company’s vision, adding new ventures. When you work at The Big Rich Group, you will be assisting the company to do its work, investing in, and creating tech-based companies with your skills.
Our Culture
As a small company with a tight-knit culture, we like to focus on the values that have made us great. We do this because our values are essential to defining who we are as The Big Rich Group and building our company from the ground up. Adventurers in The Big Rich Group come from three main cultures:

We believe in fostering the openness, curious communication and no company politic policy are key components to create a conduciveness and a friendly vibe among the adventurers. We believe in supporting each other and being able to provide a safe and secure space for all where everyone can be themselves. Talk to your fellow adventurers, be receptive of and provide feedback to others, and work together to improve both yourself and other adventurers at The Big Rich Group.
Be Brave
The Big Rich Group will continuously grow, and we need adventurers who are brave enough to push themselves to the limit and provide us with the new breakthrough and innovating new solutions. Adventurers at The Big Rich Group must be not afraid to try new things and innovate. Be it in proposing ideas to upper management, working together with other adventurers, or reaching out to ask for help, bravery will help you succeed in The Big Rich Group.
Be Good
We believe in doing business in a way that’s sustainable, engaging, and meaningful by giving back to organizations that need our support. This includes our The Big Rich Group Cares program and other projects as well. Everybody should take a moment to recognize the things around them that are great, such as those who surround them. Saying “thank you”, “well done” and “you’re amazing” can create a more positive atmosphere by encouraging people to feel comfortable and confident enough to do their best.
