Helpful Letter #32

Hello fellow writers,

I hope you enjoyed your week.

This will be a short one today. I wanted to get this out before I forgot.

As the year is about to end, you need to visualize where you want to be as a writer in 2022.

You can’t let excuses cloud your judgment. You can’t let someone hold you back. You can’t let life hold you back.

If you want to go BIG, then have BIG goals.

Picture in your mind where you want to be at the end of next year.

If you say to become a top writer on Medium, then write it down.

Don’t just imagine it. You need to write down your goal.

If you don’t have a journal or book, then use a notepad on your phone.

Review what you write down every single day.

One entrepreneur I follow is Grant Cardon. Grant writes down his goal twice a day. He writes his goals morning and night.

Grant was struggling in 2008. Then one weekend he wrote and self-published a book, Selling the Secret to Success.

Since then he wrote several other books.

Now he is a big YouTube star, author of several books, and is seen on TV and in publications.

So you need to dream BIG.

Write down your goal.
