You’ve probably read or heard of morning routines. There are dozens of them out there.

Wake up at 5 am.

Exercise.

Meditate.

The list goes on and on.

There is one morning routine I’ve done for years and it helps me have a clear thought to start each day.

It’s all about what you feed yourself mentally. To be honest, there is a lot of garbage out there…

The news.

Gossip.

Crime.

I’m not saying all of this is bad. But if you feed yourself negative information every single day, it will change your thoughts.

You hear about what to put in your mouth is one thing.

But what you put in your brain is another.

Start the day with positive thoughts.

Avoid seeing what people post on social media when you wake up.

Most of these things aren’t going to change your day.
