life is never easy when
adversity gives us stressful
times and situations
wherever we are

sometimes the adverse effect
of daily living brings on challenges
that tend to make us worry keeping
us in the dark like the sun going down
and we forget to remember that the light
in life is always with us

adversity can visit anyone
often letting us forget that we are
strong and brave and that
we can figure out what to do
or plan our best moves or decisions

we often forget we are not alone
seeking out help, advice, or comfort
is always within our reach

even when it’s darkest the
light shines
just like the moon and the
stars at night
a reminder to look up
