Every day so many things happen. So many distractions can produce so many rollercoasters of energy! But if you think about it, you are the same person until you chose to get on your favorite ride and walk your personal journey without following anyone else anymore.

Once you understand this, you will stop feeling lonely when left alone, and you will stop also thinking negative thoughts — or paying attention to the negative whispers of the mind that are always trying to get you in trouble with your life. In reality, you were born alone and you will leave this world alone.

Just let go of all your fears and enjoy the moment always as if it was the first time you see the world.

What’s not normal is to think that you need to travel your life’s journey with someone else in order to find happiness, even if you are unhappy to do so.

What’s not normal is that you believe that others must be more important than yourself and the way you feel deep inside.

What’s not normal is that you look in the mirror only to see the identification with your physical body — while worrying about appearances rather than identifying with yourself as your soul.

Be courageous and willing to see the truth

When you are not happy, is because you are not following your own path. You can find many reasons not to be happy, but bottom line is that you can be happy only if you chose to focus on harmony, rather than conflict.

Try not to care so much if sometimes you are wrong and move on to do better. Move on with a light spirit, harmony, faith, and hope. Chose to smile even when you are falsely accused of something. You are who you are and no one has the power to change you, except yourself.

What others think of you should never affect you in a negative way. Before the world you are perceiving outside of yourself, there is you and lots of value right there. Perceive this and love it, cure it, feed it with positive actions.

People happen to be around you only because you put subconsciously yourself where you are. And maybe right there is a lesson for you to be able to wake up to your own truth — your own reality in a specific moment in time.

Enjoy others, and remove yourself from a scene every time their energy is too much for you to handle. That’s how you take care of yourself. Learn and practice how to govern and control your mind. Don’t let the mind control you!

Happiness is never something to reach, but rather you can be happy right there where you are — even if you are sitting inside a small cell. Happiness is a state of being. You are happy when you know yourself and that is all you need. You are happy only when you are free within.

My poem about inner strength:

Mama tell me the truth

Mama, tell me what I do when I grow up without you?
Mama, tell me what I say when you leave me during the day?

Mama, can I find someone like you when I can’t find my way?
Mama, what are you supposed to teach me to grow up strong, to never be wrong?

Mama, was I supposed to be happy with all the stories you told me?
Mama, where I find someone that can hold me?

And if you never existed in my life, can I still find you somewhere?
How can I invent you, mama, before my life is over?

How can I walk to grow older and die, if I have to do it all alone?
How can I breathe and fight for my life if you are not with me?

Mama, can I just find you within and know that I’m whole?

Remember, if you discover to be the main source of your deeper questions, then it means that you must be also the source of all your answers.
