It’s time for me to say goodbye
I leave without tears in my eyes.

It’s over, and I told you before
that I have finally closed the door.
Copious amounts of pain and hurt feelings.
Damaging arguments that sent me reeling.
There were countless days I forgave you, but never forgot.
After apologies, injuring words still stung a lot.
You tell me you loved me…
