June’s First Week Prompt Of Lifeline
Exploring The Secret Garden Within The Heart
In this digital and fast paced life, it’s easy to overlook the importance of our inner lives. We all are more likely to focus on external achievements, social validations, pursuing materialistic things and the pursuit of success.
We all have the secret garden within ourselves. This garden represents the profound depth of our emotions, thoughts ,dreams and personal growth.
Our inner selves possess a unique qualities and virtues that define ourselves. Just like a garden blooms with vibrant flowers and luch greenery, we have to make our inner selves in a healthy condition.
Those inner qualities needs to be nurtured for richer and more fulfilling life. We have to fill our inner gardens with kindness, compassion, resilience and creativity. These are the real diamonds that we need in our lives to make it impactful.
A inner garden is filled with mysterious treasures. Our inner world is complex. We need to explore it by confronting our fears, acknowledging our strengths and embracing our vulnerabilities.
The secret garden is a sanctuary of peace and solace. Spending time in our garden allows us to connect with our core values and desires.
