My Superpower Is Something Made to Help You Grow
Poem of the week
I always knew to have a superpower, but I never stopped for a moment to contemplate it. I usually took for granted my abilities to connect with other energies, including people. Today I’m a little more self-realized and I can clearly understand the importance of getting to know your own superpower.
I personally think we all are special souls to God. I know we have powers, but we perhaps choose to forget when we are born in this life that we are in fact, very powerful creatures — so that we can prove to ourselves — while in this miserable world, to be the divine light that in truth we are. Ultimately, a self-realized soul will want to go back to the original light of creation.
My poem today is about one of my superpowers. I have the power to feel others in the core of their heart. I have the power to laugh or cry with them.
Let Me Take You Home
God thank you for this light of joy you gave me
Thank you little yellow/purple flowers for noticing my presence
I want to walk more often on these hills
I want to feel the breeze and heal my soul.
The power that you gave me while blowing magic air on my hair
Makes me feel love and enthusiasm in the atmosphere.
I’m filled with light that makes me fly
I’m filled with joy to serve the Lord that gives me insight.
To be so open to other souls can burn my fields out there
To be so available to those in pain can break my bones under the rain
To be so clear to water when I drink water can make me invisible
To be so present when you need me can give me the power to become a key.
Open the door of wisdom and find me inside a beautiful world
Let me guide you with love and care so that you can feel your spirit growing
Let me use my power to know your feelings so that I can send you light
And let me bless you every time that you are going away to find the night.
