Stolen Dreams

A poem about how hard it is to live when dreams are stolen and undeservedly approved of the manipulations of nasty manipulators under the guise of kindness.

“Well, if you don’t have the faith to fight a demon,” he said, “then it eventually wins. Faith is basically your sword of protection.”― Terri Reid, Stolen Dreams

Manipulation of stolen Dreams, emptiness
Fiend spirit from dual-trinitarian hell
The vicissitudes of someone else’s fate
And only a shadow of damned sinfulness
Their deceitful and greedy rotten honesty
The vain stream of vicissitudes of kindness
Hostility to the eternity of consciousness
There is not a drop of humility in the Soul
Without shame to spiritual understanding
The Vedas await their eternal chanting
Retribution is around the corner, on the way
I’m sorry what you did to your flowering tree
Rotting their roots, stinking grey-black path
To pass on your sins with your retribution
Don’t touch someone else’s love with lies
You’re falling through your darkness, sliding
Steal a love, then abandon into the abyss.

“Someone may have stolen your dream when it was young and fresh and you were innocent. Anger is natural. Grief is appropriate. Healing is mandatory. Restoration is possible.”― Jane Rubietta

Your dreams are your spirit, your soul and without them your are dead. You must guard your dreams always. Always. Lest someone steal them away from you. I know what it is to have your dreams stolen. I know what it is to be dead. Guard your dreams. Always guard your dreams.— Brom
