The Exchange

A poem

Photo by Rene Böhmer on Unsplash

Restlessness
is notching a lost sigh
in the loneliness of a whisper
I am a wild prisoner
hanging
like a legend
I still have my luck left
which I am keeping hidden
in an abandoned place
with my look in the desert
and my voice returned from its way
I accept to
exchange prisoners
