Sublime.

In different dimensions
Moments expand in time
Movement is electric
Time travel is sublime.

Rapid acceleration
Reduces magnitude
Now taken for granted
A different attitude.

Push the pedal to the floor
We glide down the coast
Powered by mind motors
From pillar to post.

Down the coast with the most
Then back to smooth sunshine
In the wink of an eye
What I asked is mine.

Seated with sightseers
We skim across the Bay
Spot dolphins, then a whale
And speed on in the spray.

We drift into a sea cave.
Then zoom around the rocks.
Someone saw a white goat.
Or was it Pandora’s box?

Pedal to the metal
We slip over the sea
Back to port and dry ground
Life is hand in hand with me.

We slow down with fast food.
Heated in a microwave
Served up in a second
Sustenance we crave.

Time is an enigma
In another dimension
Speed reduces magnitude
Far past our comprehension.
