UT’s Ismaili Muslim Student Association Shoot 4 Dreams 2024

The Ismaili Students Association held its annual Shoot 4 Dreams charity event on April 27th, and this year’s turnout was bigger than ever. Current division-1 athletes, students, parents, and philanthropists from all around the United States came together to play a competitive basketball tournament and help increase IMSA’s donation to charity.

The University of Texas at Austin club has grown substantially over the past few years, and it could be seen with the impact it has made in not only the Austin community, but globally as well. IMSA has previously donated to charities such the Aga Khan Foundation, a charity organization helping struggling members of the Ismaili Muslim community around the globe, and the Austin Food Bank, feeding the less fortunate around the greater Austin area.

Organizations within UT Austin continue to find a way to raise awareness to certain issues and help others, using their power on campus to make an impact in the community around them.
