The Erasmian way… wait what? 🤔
You’ve probably seen it on campus, heard it from some teacher or seen it on social media… or you probably have no idea of what we are talking about.
Did you know that EUR has a strategy for 2024 to keep improving our education? Well, this strategy it’s based on building a community that behaves in the Erasmian way.
A community that strives for creating a positive societal impact.
Why? Because EUR is committed to being fully engaged with society, taking responsibility and proposing solutions for the society of the future.
This means their aim for all students to have the Erasmian DNA, a set of values that defines us a a community: engaged with society, world citizens, connecting, entrepreneurial and open-minded.
And, guess what? We want to help this Erasmian way and this Erasmus values to catch up between students.
Why? Because the 2024 is built on two pillars that align with our own mission: (1) making the most of the interdisciplinary potential and (2) ensuring that your education is future-oriented.
Students today, will be tomorrow’s leaders and innovators.
Therefore, your education not only needs to be solid in terms of your hard skills, but also in those future-proof skills that will make you stand out from the rest: public speaking, leadership, interpersonal communication, creative problem solving, productivity and time management, etc…
We are all studying different things and have different interests, but these skills are useful across all faculties, studies and future professions.
We want to challenge you to keep improving, to be more critical, innovative and creative.
The best way to lead change is to start by developing and improving yourself.
