Driving bitcoin mass adoption
WELCOME TO LIGHT⚡NITE
As the LIGHT⚡NITE single-player pre-alpha release date gets closer, we created a shop (available at play.lightnite.io) to give exclusively pre-alpha users the privilege to join a pre-sale and purchase in-game items that they’ll be able to use within the game.
GETTING STARTED
Have you purchased lightnite.io already? Then you should have received an email with very easy instruction about how to get started. But we will go over the process anyways, since it is extremely simple 💁♂️
First we need to go play.lightnite.io/start and follow the form. We need to make sure the data we type is correct since the link expires right away. Make sure you type the same email as the one used when purchasing the game.
In case you still don’t know 🤷 when the pre-alpha will be released please check roadmap at lightnite.io. There is a ton of reasons to start getting items, please read the story about the game modes and check the Arena!
Types
The following types of items can be bought on the shop:
- Character skins — players;
- Wearables — cosmetic wearable items;
- Hoverboards — tools to glide from the sky when the battle starts;
- Guns — In-game items such as swords, pistols, laser guns, etc.
Supply
Each item belongs to a rarity class which determines its total supply:
- Legendary — 1 unit;
- Rare — max supply of 100 units;
- Premium — max supply of 500 units;
- Normal — unlimited supply.
Earn bitcoin playing LIGHT⚡NITE
Within the “Arena” game mode of LIGHT⚡NITE (check the article about the game modes here), skins can be gained/lost within the game based on players’ performances 🌡️
Users will decide if entering a match looking at the items that other players bring into the game:
if users find other players’ items interesting, they can decide to risk their own items by entering the game and try to collect other players’ items by killing opponents.
The interesting thing about this is that once items are gained within the “Arena” they can be sold on the LIGHT⚡NITE shop and profits can be withdrawn using Lightning!
This is also valid for the items purchased during the items pre-sale. The price of the items will be determined by the market and the current supply of the specific item:
if a user dies, his item drops on the ground and if nobody loots it then is lost in the game affecting the total supply of that specific item and making it more and more rare until it becomes Legendary (a unique skin with a total supply equal to one).
Earn bitcoin inviting friends to LIGHT⚡NITE
From the shop users can also invite friends to purchase the early access of the game. When a user invites a friend, he gets 20,000 sats (check what a sat is here) and 1 premium skin.
The friend who buys the early access gets 20% discount on the price, 1 random skin and 500 sats. Don’t loose time and start #stackingsats by inviting your squad to LIGHT⚡NITE!
