Lightstreams’ limited PHT sale starts March 25, 2019
Today I am pleased to announce that a limited Token Sale will begin on the 25th of March 2019.
In just over a year, we have developed and built a state-of-the-art blockchain for speed and privacy, and it’s going live in one week! It’s been an incredible journey and we are really excited about the road ahead.
Hard Cap
The hard cap for the Token Sale is 80,000 ETH (equiv. value).
We have successfully raised during our private and pre-sale rounds approximately $5M in ETH.
Token Price
The price of a PHT token during the public sale will be USD 15c. The minimum purchase is USD 100.
Bonus Tokens
Those that have successfully pre-registered will be eligible for 5% bonus tokens provided that they complete due diligence and payment requirements with our onboarding provider within the Public Sale period.
Pre-registration closes on the 24th of March.
Go-Live
The Lightstreams Network is planned to Go-Live on 31 March 2019. At Go-Live, the first genesis block of mainnet will be created with the Total Supply of 300,000,000 PHT tokens ready for distribution.
Distribution of Tokens to purchasers will occur after Go-Live.
Launchpad
If you miss out on the sale, you may be eligible to purchase tokens after Go-Live via a launchpad. More details to be announced.
