Lightstreams at University of Granada

On March 13th, and , lead developers at Lightstreams, gave a at the University of Granada in order to connect with the Spanish blockchain community. We filled a room with more than 60 knowledge-hungry students for hour an half and it was a great experience!

A Gentle Introduction to Blockchain

We explained how blockchain, especially Proof-of-Work based Ethereum works internally behind the scenes. We also explained and demonstrated how to interact with the Ethereum or Lightstreams blockchain networks using a developer-friendly SDK, .

We also showcased our technology designed for peer-to-peer private file sharing in decentralized networks.

Result?

  • One of the professors would like to use our technical stack for his blockchain project and collaborate with us more closely
  • Several students interested in becoming interns
  • We will host another workshop focused on building real world DApps using the Leth SDK connected to our newly launched,
