Hey friends! This week we’re showcasing another incredibly talented creator. Meeta has been participating in our Artist Fellowship Program and is finishing up her very first app made entirely with Lightwell.

We went to Meeta’s studio to film an in-depth interview to learn a bit more about how she works, what her inspirations are and what she’s creating. Learn more about Meeta, her iOS app “Cody’s Best Friends” below! 👇

LIGHTWELL: Where did you grow up?
Meeta Panesar: Southern CA

LW: What was your favorite food as a child?
MP: Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches

LW: Good choice. Breakfast, lunch and dinner in one meal.

LW: If you could be any fictional character, which one would you choose?
MP: Either Miranda Priestly or Jason Bourne

LW: Whoa! Devil Wears Prada with CIA training and amnesia…killer character combination.

LW: Who was your favorite teacher and why?
MP: Mr. Kasdorf, my very funny english teacher throughout high school. His classes were always entertaining and he helped everyone become better writers.

LW: Which would be harder for you to give up: caffeine, your sketchbook or your headphones?
MP: Caffeine, easily.

LW: What are you currently working on in the Artist Fellowship Program?
MP: A hidden object game set in different worlds starring an adorable dog named Cody. Coming Late 2017!
