One of the projects that LimeChain started working with since the beginning of the year is Vaultitude— a searchable blockchain database that offers proof of authorship via secure digital publication.

The founder of the project, Dominik Thor, decided that they want to create a tool that is dealing with the most common problem with intellectual property — the legal and technical complexities as well as the immense costs associated with obtaining and defending IP. Among these, there are other current challenges in IP such as the lack of safely sharing sensitive IP-related information with third parties and documenting the transfer of ownership rights.

IP and blockchain truly are a match made in heaven and we are extremely proud to be team behind the development of this valuable tool.

So what does Vaultitude database really do?

By using blockchain technology, the company complements traditional IP strategies by offering proof of authorship via secure digital publication on the Blockchain. This way, your interests are protected by safely sharing and transferring IP. It is the fastest, easiest, safest and cheapest way of establishing documented ownership of intellectual property.

This makes Vaultitude an incorruptible and unchangeable digital ledger and the ideal solution for establishing proof of authorship as well as the sharing and transfer of intellectual property. — www.ipchaindatabase.com

Moreover, IPCHAIN publications are accepted as evidence of the innovator’s rights to his work in legal proceedings and as proof of prior art by international patent and trademark offices.

Where does LimeChain fit in the whole picture?

So far our development team has done the ICO and is currently working on a prototype, which will be ready in the following weeks. Applying blockchain technology into the complex international patent system has been truly a big challenge. Our team has created the whole blockchain architecture and is working closely with our partners to make sure that all of their requirements are met.

Vaultitude did a token pre-sale which ended on April 15th, 2018.

We are more than grateful that Vaultitude chose to trust LimeChain on such an exciting venture! These are the kind of relationships we have with our partners as at the core of blockchain technology is a system for trust. We take that to heart, devoting ourselves to delivering the same level of consistency, reliability, and transparency that our clients expect from our technology in our work.
