ESSKAY MACHINERY PVT. LTD., India (EMPL) was established in 1983 as an Engineering Industry located at Bhubaneswar. The company has been engaged in manufacturing of sophisticated equipment’s for Steel Plants, Aluminum Plants, Fertilizer Plants, Thermal Power Plants, Refineries and Petrochemicals.
The Company executes jobs as per different codes like ASME, TEMA, BS, DIN, IS and ISO.
QualiCal is working in the LIME MARKET since (1996–2016) 20 years:
QualiCal identified the PFR, Parallel Flow Regenerative technology, as the best for the CALCINATION in vertical lime kilns and for this reason it implemented this technology in the very original design of the Synthesis® TWIN SHAFT LIME KILN.
At the same time QualiCal developed unique and original design, providing plug & play QualiCUBE MODULAR solutions for quicklime hydration, hydrated lime classification and grinding and lime sizing.
As a QualiPOOL partner, the first project of EMPL was fabrication and supply of Steel works (Approx., 1000MT) to Sanyo Thaiyeo Lime Company, Japan in 2007. The demanding norms of Quality Controls of STL from procurement of the raw steel to the shipping of the goods were successfully handled by EMPL. Thus EMPL became the first Indian company to export fabricated steel works to Japan.
In 2010, EMPL executed the order for 2 x 20tph Modular QualiCUBE Lime grinding plant for JSW Steel Ltd, Bellary, India. All the major equipment’s were supplied by QualiCal Europe. Fabrication of modules, installation of equipment’s, electricals, instrumentation, testing of the total plant was done by EMPL. The plant was tested and commissioned in the workshop and delivered to JSW Steel Ltd.
In 2010 under the consortium leadership of QualiCal and EMPL as its QPOOL partner, the order for 1 x 300tpd Dolokiln from Durgapur Steel Plant (A SAIL Company — Govt of India Enterprise) was received. Between 2008 to 2010, SAIL ordered Limekilns for their various plants, like Bhillai Steel Plant, Rourkela Steel Plant etc and QualiCal was last to receive the order from SAIL in Oct 2010. Under the most effective and efficient guidance of consortium leader- QualiCal, the commissioning of the plant was done in Jan 2015, as one of the fastest executed project of SAIL.
Moving forward with the strong relationship with QualiCal, EMPL was awarded with fabrication of Steel Works for 2 x 600tpd Limekilns by Bhushan Steel Ltd, India in 2014. The supply of 1 x 600tpd has been successfully completed and 2nd kiln is under execution.
Presently EMPL is executing a project of 2 x 600tpd Limekilns for Bhushan Power and Steel Ltd, India. One kiln has been supplied and another is under execution.
