EDITOR’S NOTE
Who is the authority on authentic behavior? Not Liminal Publications, and we make no claims to it, but it is a topic we found ripe for exploration. As Millennials, perhaps, but maybe more generally as curious and inquisitive human beings. We concern ourselves with living genuinely and not losing ourselves completely in some socially acceptable auto-pilot, or obliviousness to the way we come across. We may judge the authenticity of ourselves and others, and we may even be certain of our perspective; however, one is often most ignorant of what one is most assured, and authenticity as a human trait falls squarely in the realm of subjectivity. So, we asked around for explorations of authenticity and we invite you to have a look at what we found. You are, of course, welcomed to disagree and encouraged to explore the topic for yourself and with your friends. We hope you find the zine engaging and worth sharing.
