On December 19, 2019, His Excellency Dr. K. J. Srinivasa, High Commissioner of India to Guyana, visited Lincoln American University to oversee the facilities and guide the young medical aspirants in fulfilling their dreams of becoming a good medical professional.
His Excellency Dr. K. J. Srinivasa arrived at the university campus during the bright afternoon and received by the students with the presentation of a floral bouquet. His Excellency was accompanied by Mr. Vijaykumar Kizhapate, Counsellor (Commerce & Development Cooperation), High Commission of India to Guyana, and Mrs. Veena Joshi, Attaché (Consular and Education), High Commission of India to Guyana.
The visit allowed us all to welcome His Excellency, apprise him about the progress and development of the University, and learn from his views, ideas, and suggestions for further progress of the University and betterment of the education system.
The visit, wisdom, and words of inspiration of His Excellency filled the students with a new zeal. We are confident that working on the ideas and opinions shared by His Excellency will help us to achieve greater heights and to contribute even better for the upliftment of education and healthcare in Guyana. The affordable and quality medical education will also be instrumental in helping young Indian medical aspirants become world-class doctors, who will take care of the healthcare needs of the people back in their home nation and contribute to making Ayushman Bharat, a vision of Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, a reality.
We, on behalf of the entire LAU family, thank His Excellency Dr. K. J.
