Linear Finance Q1 2022 Protocol Update

We are happy to let you know that the team behind Linear Finance has been working hard throughout Q1 2022. Special thanks to our community; we appreciate the tremendous amount of attention and support you’ve given us. This first quarter of 2022 was full of accomplished milestones, and we’d like to look back on the main events and announcements at Linear Finance.
Linear DAO — The Road to Decentralization
Towards fulfilling our promise to make Linear Finance fully decentralized, democratized, and community-driven by its users, the Linear DAO was launched. With the DAO, we demonstrated that true democratic governance is possible: the community has the right to vote to drive democratic change. Users with proposals to move Linear Finance to a greater height can propose the idea and throw it on the floor for all members to discuss. Using our native utility and now governance token, $LINA, holders can vote and have the proposals with the most votes implemented.
Chaotic Finance Launch on Kusma/Moonriver
Chaotic, a long-awaited product for the Linear Community, was also released. Chaotic Finance is Linear’s integration on the Kusama network via Moonriver. Chaotic allows users to trade long and short positions of their favorite tokens with up to four times leverage!
Dark Mode Across our dApps
We were excited to add the dark mode to our set of dApps, one of the most requested features. The crypto market is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and so is trading on Linear Exchange. During low-light hours or at any time of day, staring at a bright digital screen might be daunting. Dark mode allows you to utilize our dApps in your favorite lighting at any time. The crypto market never sleeps, but we hope this feature helps relieve your eyes as you continue to explore our platform.
What is next for Q2?
We’re always searching for new methods to improve what we can accomplish on Linear Finance to provide the best trading experience for our users.
