1. Disclosure of New NFT Platform
■ DOSI
- LINE’s global NFT platform, DOSI, will be launched within the first quarter of 2022 in 180 countries and 8 languages.
- Types of DOSI service and the platform structure are available.
■ LINE NFT
- The NFT Market Beta service provided by LINE BITMAX Wallet will be launched as a separate NFT specialized service in Japan within the first quarter of 2022 as ‘LINE NFT.’ (*based on Japanese fiscal year)
- NFT purchases through LINK, Fiat and more payment method will be available.
2. LINE Blockchain History
- New information, such as the establishment of LINE NEXT, the launch of DOSI/LINE NFT service, and the operation of LINE Pay’s LINK payment pilot service, are newly added.
3. Tradable Exchanges
- A section for tradable exchanges are newly added, and the LINE Blockchain team aims to expand the number of exchange options for LINK to be accessible more in 2022.
4. Payment Partnership
- LINE Pay will offer LINK as a payment option at some online merchants (+6,000) for a trial period from March 16, 2022 in Japan.
- LINK Rewards equal to 10% of the amount purchased will be given back to the user to promote the use of LINK and to commemorate the launch of LINK as a payment method.
5. LINE Blockchain’s Achievement in the NFTs
- Approximately 1.6 million NFTs have been issued as of December 2021.
- The LINE Blockchain Team aims to issue various NFTs in collaboration with more IPs and partners in 2022.
6. LINE Blockchain Partners
- Partners working with LINE Blockchain, including LINE affiliates, have been updated.
