먼저 LINE Blockchain 프로젝트에 관심을 가지고 응원해 주시는 모든 커뮤니티 구성원분들께 감사드립니다.

LINE Blockchain은 지난 4년간 커뮤니티 분들과 함께 성장해왔고, 커뮤니티의 다양한 의견을 바탕으로 실제 여러 전략과 서비스를 개선해오기도 했습니다. 올해 LINE Blockchain의 본격적인 글로벌 생태계 확장과 신규 글로벌 서비스들의 출시를 앞두고, 커뮤니티분들과 소통하고 함께 성장해나가는 것이 그 어느 때보다 중요하다고 생각합니다. 이에 LINE Blockchain의 글로벌 커뮤니티 전략과 운영 체제를 전면적으로 개편하고자 합니다.

• 양방향 소통과 참여가 가능한 채널을 개설하여, 더 신속하고 모든 구성원분들과 한층 더 가깝게 소통해 나가겠습니다.
• 글로벌 커뮤니티 전담팀을 대폭 확대하여, 소통 외에도 리포트의 확대와 개선 등으로 프로젝트 현황을 더 자주 안내드릴 수 있도록 하고자 합니다.
• 투표와 서베이 등 커뮤니티 분들이 더 적극적으로 프로젝트에 참가할 수 있는 다양한 시도들을 해나갈 계획입니다.

이러한 개선을 통해 글로벌 커뮤니티 구성원분들과 보다 신속하게 소통하겠으며, 구성원분들이 더 쉽고 다양한 방식으로 LINE Blockchain에 참여하실 수 있도록 하겠습니다. 현재 채널 개설 및 담당팀의 충원 등을 빠르게 진행하고 있으며, 공식 채널이 개설된 후 다시 안내드릴 수 있도록 하겠습니다.

지금까지 기존 공식 채널을 통해서 커뮤니티 구성원분들이 제안 주신 내용을 최대한 반영해서 세부적인 정책을 수립 중입니다. 신규 채널이 개설이 되기 전까지 기존 이메일 채널을 통해서 추가적인 제안을 주시면 방향성에 참고할 예정이니 많은 제안 부탁드리겠습니다.

Hello, this is LINE Blockchain Team.

First of all, thank you to all community members who have shown great interest and contribution to the LINE Blockchain project.

LINE Blockchain has grown with the community for the past 4 years, and has improved the number of strategies and services based on the diverse opinions and views collected from the community members. As we aim for the expansion of the global ecosystem of LINE Blockchain this year and the launch of new global services, it has never been more important to be conscious about the value of the community and to well-communicate with the members to grow together. We, hereby, would like to inform you of the plans for communication strategies and operating system, so please refer to the information below.

■ We plan to communicate more quickly and closely with all members by opening a two-way communication channels where anyone can join and participate in.

■ We plan to provide the project status more frequently by expanding the resources, upgrading reports templates and more.

■ We plan to make various attempts, such as voting and survey, to encourage community members to participate more actively in the project.

Through improvements mentioned above, we will try utmost to well-communicate well with members of the global community with more speed so that any member participating in the LINE Blockchain can easily understand each project and maintain good communication. We are currently in the process of opening a channel and recruiting, and we will inform you again once the official channel is opened.

So far, LINE Blockchain is establishing detailed policies by reflecting suggestions/opinions received by community members as much as possible. Please give us more feedback or ideas on any through email, and we would be grateful if you bear with us until new official channel gets public to all.
