Our variety of work styles, skills and personalities creates a fun and dynamic culture that continues to build as we grow. We would like to introduce you to a few of the people behind the everyday of Link2Lift!
Meet Sheri, our Founder and CEO
Sheri is the heartbeat of Link2Lift. Her vision and passion for the organization drives big picture goals and the daily grind. She keeps ideas fresh, and always pushes the team forward with innovative thinking. Outside of Link2Lift, she enjoys spending time at the ocean, eating good food and being with Sergio, her husband of 29 years.
Meet Sergio, our Co-Founder
Sergio is a Senior Design Director and Innovator at Nike. He has designed and created products for Nike over the last two and a half decades. His experience spans from brand-defining innovation to core/entry level footwear. He currently leads a diverse creative team to imagine and build product concepts for athletes. As co-founder who values collaboration, innovation and design he provides great insight and direction for Link2Lift clients.
Meet Madi, our Operations Coordinator
Madi balances all of the day-to-day priorities and projects at Link2Lift and keeps the team on track. Madi’s laid back personality puts us at ease when schedules are hectic and deadlines are pressing. When she’s not working, Madi enjoys cooking and spending time with friends.
Meet Kallen, our Communications Designer
Kallen creates much of the visual and written content for Link2Lift. From client reports to social media management and Medium articles, she creates a wide range of marketing content for us. When she’s not juggling freelance work, Kallen enjoys hitting the Pacific Northwest trails with her dog.
Meet Grant, our Creative Director
Grant is the newest member of the team at Link2Lift! He has a multi-disciplinary mindset and guides connecting the big picture to the small details for us and our clients. His work and his hobbies have a lot of overlap, so he can often be found with his hands on a camera, a CNC machine, or a steering wheel to an adventure.
Meet Tabi, our Research Assistant
Tabi just hit the one year mark with Link2Lift! We often refer to Tabi as our “miner”. Each week, she digs for information that keeps our research fresh and up-to-date with the newest data on shared space and collaboration from around the world. She studied criminal justice in college, and is still passionate about criminal justice issues.
Meet Noemi, our Client Engagement Director.
Noemi connects with the wonderful people who reach out to Link2Lift and keeps our products fresh. She telecommutes from Seattle, and keeps us connected with our Washington clients and partners. She is passionate about building communities in her personal and professional life. Outside of work, Noemi enjoys getting outside and sharing meals with friends.
Meet Luke, our Photographer.
Luke takes beautiful architectural photos of our spaces, and also captures significant Link2Lift moments throughout the year. He took the staff photos included in this article. When he is not working on his photography business, he enjoys making his own cologne.
