The Blockchain Impact Institute is Hosting The Blockchain Impact Summit! Following June’s successful inaugural Blockchain Impact Summit, the second iteration of this event will be held on September 28, 2018 at the Toronto Hilton Hotel.

Featuring Blockchain Technology Startups, along with Miller Thomson LLP and Draper University, this event represents the invaluable chance for Canada’s blockchain community to showcase their talents to an internatioanl audience.

The event will be hosted by Miller Thomson LLP, one of the leading law firms in Canada, the Blockchain Impact Institute and Yesbit technologies, one of the co-hosts from this June’s widely successful impact summit. The summit will feature seven keynote speakers, including Jos Schmitt, CEO of NEO, Canada’s next generation stock exchange; Ross Zhang, CEO of Huobi Canada, the world’s third largest digital assets exchange; Siri Srinivas, Investment Associate at Draper Associates, an early stage venture capital firm founded by Tim Draper; Feng Han, co-founder of Elastos and a well-known scholar in the blockchain field; Andrew Kiguel, co-founder and CEO of Hut 8 Mining (HUT.V), one of the largest publicly traded cryptocurrency miners in the world; Frans Tjallingii, managing director of Galaxy Digital (GLXY.V), the first full service digital assets merchant bank in Canada; Mike McGlone, senior commodity strategist at Bloomberg Intelligence, the research arm of Bloomberg Terminal; and Al Burgio, founder and CEO of DigitalBits, a decentralized blockchain network supporting the loyalty and rewards industry.
