How to avoid message duplicates

For the same message you should use the same broadcast campaign / list, because each broadcast campaign / list has 3 sub-lists:
1) Recipients Queue — who will receive your message
2) Processed Recipients — who already received your message
3) Excluded — who must be skipped (and not collected again)

So when you collect people, LH adds them into “Recipients Queue” sub-list of current broadcast campaign / list.

When LH sends a message, it moves a contact from “Recipients Queue” to “Processed Recipients”.
LH will not collect again or message contact, if it’s already in “Processed Recipients” or “Excluded” sub-lists
