It seems, that you’ve collected contact into the list from two sources:
1) the search page
2) my connections page

And now you have several duplicates in the queue and LH detects them and delete without sending your message.

How duplicates have appeared their:
1) on “my connections page” contacts have normal URLs like https://www.linkedin.com/in/williamhgates/
2) on the search page contacts have hashed URLs like https://www.linkedin.com/in/ACoAAA8BYqEBCGLg_vT_ca6mMEqkpp9nVffJ3hc/

To map hashed URL to normal URL LH for the first time must visit a profile page, because when you open https://www.linkedin.com/in/ACoAAA8BYqEBCGLg_vT_ca6mMEqkpp9nVffJ3hc/ you will be redirected to https://www.linkedin.com/in/williamhgates/

In this case LH will
1) store mapping between ACoAAA8BYqEBCGLg_vT_ca6mMEqkpp9nVffJ3hc and williamhgates
2) then will check, if you already have in the queue normal ID williamhgates …if so, LH deletes ACoAAA8BYqEBCGLg_vT_ca6mMEqkpp9nVffJ3hc from the queue and goes to the next contact from the queue.

For the next time LH will not visit a profile page for detection, because it will already have the mapping.
